The Kent Group Museum was updated with new additions to the collection during the recent November 2015 Working-bee, organised by Friends of Deal Island with eight volunteer members travelling to Deal Island to work on the program.
The Deal Island Lightstation Signal Flags are now successfully stored in custom-built canisters which have been returned to the signal flag cupboard in the Kent Group Museum.
A "plaque of acknowledgement" to Dr Stephen Murray-Smith is now hanging in the front hallway of the museum.
A number of information and photographic booklets have been added to the History/Reading Room in the museum and a collection of three personal journals of Trauti Reynolds have been added to the History Reading Room.
A trophy tray awarded to the winners of the 1989 Crayfish Crawl was donated to the museum in 2015 and is now cataloged and displayed in the museum.
